1️⃣ Keep your routine gentle
Avoid strong actives like retinol, AHAs or BHAs for at least 5 days post treatment. Instead, stick to a gentle cleanser, hydrating serum and a healing moisturiser to support your skin barrier and maintain hydration.

2️⃣ Hands off your face
As tempting as it is to touch your freshly glowing skin, try not to pick, squeeze or rub your face. Skin needs to be kept clean.

3️⃣ Don’t skip your SPF
Your skin will be more sensitive to UV exposure as you heal. Applying a broad-spectrum mineral SPF50 helps protect your skin and prevents pigmentation.
